PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation adhesion method of a neodymium magnet and a pressing device for executing the method.SOLUTION: An insulation adhesion method of a neodymium magnet includes the step of: surface treatment of a neodymium magnet 1; coating of an insulation adhesive 2; primary hardening treatment; press lamination; secondary hardening treatment; and cooling. A pressing device includes: a magnet positioning device 4; a middle guide rail 5 provided equally in the middle of the magnet positioning device; and an upper pressing plate 6 and a lower pressing plate 7 which are provided at upper and lower parts of the magnet positioning device, respectively. A magnet after primary hardening treatment are laminated and adhered by secondary hardening treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
