PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating injection molders, in a system for executing heat and cool molding by combining one temperature adjustment device and plural injection molders.SOLUTION: A system (1) for executing heat and cool molding combines one temperature adjustment device (3) for supplying heat medium and plural injection molders (4). The injection molders (4) respectively acquire a current step of each of other injection molders (4, 4) via a network (8), when executing a temperature rise step for rising temperature of a mold. Then the temperature rise step is executed only when, a total number of other injection molders (4, 4) which are executing the temperature rise step and additional one injection molder does not exceed a number of injection molders which can simultaneously execute a temperature rise step which is set in the system (1). When the number exceeds the number of injection molders which can simultaneously execute a temperature rise step, after the total number of the injection molders becomes a number of the injection molders which can simultaneously execute the temperature rise step, the temperature rise step is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
