MULTI-DEGREE OF FREEDOM SUPPORT MECHANISM, LENS BARREL, AND OPTICAL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-degree of freedom support mechanism enabling five degrees of freedom in movement in a simple configuration, and an optical apparatus.;SOLUTION: The support mechanism includes: a lens holding part having a shaft part 157 with a spherical surface; and a regulation part having a pair of parallel planes 164 and 165 that face each other in both sides of the shaft part 157. The spherical surface slides the pair of planes 164 and 165, so that one of the lens holding part and the regulation part can move relative to the other. Further, the pair of planes 164 and 165 are in contact with the spherical surface. Furthermore, the relative movement includes, in the pair of planes 164 and 165, two degrees of freedom in translational movement in a plane direction and three degrees of freedom in rotary movement about an axis.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
