PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of new telephone number input to a telephone terminal caused by a department change or the like.;SOLUTION: A telephone directory creation system includes a processor and a storage device connected to the processor. The storage device holds a plurality of telephone number lists each corresponding to identification information of a user. Each of the plurality of telephone number lists includes a plurality of telephone numbers and attribute information corresponding to each of the telephone numbers. When a user of a fetching source of the telephone number list, a user of a fetching destination and information designating a fetching condition are inputted, the processor retrieves a telephone number of which the attribute information meets the fetching condition, from the telephone number list corresponding to identification information of the user of the fetching source, adds the retrieved telephone number to a telephone number list corresponding to identification information of the user of the fetching destination, and outputs the telephone number list to which the telephone number meeting the fetching condition is added.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
