PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocal engine that can reduce emission of greenhouse effect gas "CO" counter-acting against global warming and can be used at power generating facility.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a reciprocal engine showing combustion with auxiliary fuel, water supply means for supplying water to an engine block through a water feeding pipe and gas accumulating means MT in which supplied water is changed into water steam with heat from the reciprocal engine, carbon is supplied to the water steam, endothermic reaction is produced under utilization of waste-heat after a combustion step of the engine to generate fuel and gas continued to be produced during usage of auxiliary fuel. There is provided a changing-over means CB for changing over the accumulated gas and the auxiliary fuel and supplying it to the engine and power is generated by rotational force of the reciprocal engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
