PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum reflective member which has a reflective layer or a reflective layer and a UV transmissive resin layer on the surface of an aluminum material, and has reflective performance against ray of light having a wavelength region of 200-700 nm and corrosion resistance; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum reflective member which has a reflective layer, or a reflective layer and a UV transmissive resin layer on the surface of an aluminum material. The reflective layer is formed through surface treatment including a boehmite treatment step of forming a boehmite film on the surface of the aluminum material, and a pressure steaming treatment step of holding the boehmite film under a pressure steaming atmosphere, and sealing pores. An average reflectance against ray of light in a range of a wavelength region of 200-700 nm in the reflective layer is 60% or more.
