PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience to a user of a vehicle by providing an electric power accounting service having various price systems of charging accounting of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A charging accounting management server 10 comprises: an information acquisition part 111 which acquires information representing a charged electric energy amount charged to a vehicle 20 from outside the vehicle 20 and information associated with a travel of the vehicle; a charge calculation part 112 which calculates, as a charge for the vehicle 20, an electric energy charge varying without reference to the charged electric energy based upon the information that the information acquisition part 111 acquires; and an accounting management part 113 which performs accounting for the charge calculated by the charge calculation part 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
