At least one oxyalkylene derivative represented by the following formula (I) is applied with combinations of water-soluble whitening components, wherein Z represents residues obtained from compounds having 3 to 9 hydroxide radicals by removing hydroxide radicals; AO represents oxyalkylene group having 3 to 4 carbon atoms; EO represents oxyethylene group; BO represents oxyalkylene group having 4 carbon atoms; a represents 3 to 9; l, m and n respectively represent the average addition mole number of AO, EO and BO, and l is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 50, m is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 50, and n is greater than or equal to 0.5 and less than or equal to 5; the weight ratio (AO/EO) of AO to EO is 1/5 to 5/1; and AO and EO can be added irregularly or added in blocking manner.
