PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel DNA aptamers which are involved in human colon cancer (Colo205) and are useful such as for detection, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of metastasis, of human colon cancer.SOLUTION: The invention provides a DNA aptamer which comprises a nucleotide sequence represented by a specific sequence or another specific sequence and specifically binds to human colon cancer cell. In a preferred embodiment, the DNA aptamer may be linked to a primer recognition sequence, a fluorescent label, biotin, avidin or streptavidin, or the other specific binding tag peptide, at the 5' terminal or 3' terminal thereof for facilitating detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
