ANALYTIC METHOD OF IN-URINE ATYPICAL CELL, URINE ANALYZER, AND ANALYTIC METHOD OF ATYPICAL CELL IN BIOLOGICAL FLUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytic method of an in-urine atypical cell, a urine analyzer, and an analytic method of an atypical cell in a biological fluid capable of detecting an atypical cell contained in the urine or biological fluid while discriminating it from another cell.SOLUTION: A sample preparation unit 2 prepares a measurement sample by mixing a urine specimen or a biological fluid specimen, a hemolytic agent, and a nucleic acid coloring reagent. An optical detection unit 5 irradiates the measurement sample with light, and detects scattering light and fluorescence emitted from the nucleic-acid-colored cell. An information processing unit 13 detects an atypical cell contained in the measurement sample while discriminating it from a leucocyte on the basis of the scattering light pulse width reflecting the size of the cell based on the detected scattering light and the fluorescence pulse area reflecting the nucleic acid amount of the cell based on the detected fluorescence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
