PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser cooling system control technique capable of shortening a period since a trip signal is activated until a water flow passage is fully closed and suppressing a quantity of water outpouring in a turbine building.SOLUTION: A condenser cooling system control device 30 comprises: an overflow detection unit 31 acquiring a detection signal 1 from an overflow sensor detecting that water overflows onto a floor surface on which a condenser condensing turbine exhaust gas by cooling water is installed; a trip-signal output portion 31 outputting a trip signal 2 in response to acquisition of the detection signal; a water-pressure-signal receiving portion 34 receiving a water pressure signal 5 from a water pressure sensor detecting a pressure of the cooling water in a passage leading to the condenser; and a first valve operation portion 35 outputting a cutoff operation signal 6 to a cutoff valve cutting off/releasing both ends of a passage of the condenser through which the cooling water passes, synchronously with the trip signal 2 on the basis of water pressure signal threshold processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
