PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for determining whether or not, a driver uses a drive support system properly, and a technique for suppressing inadequate use.;SOLUTION: A behavior model storage part (51) stores a behavior model which expresses an average behavior of a driver in a state that a determination point is detected, for every determination point, in which transition of a control mode or occurrence of an environment event is the determination point. A driver behavior detection part (52:S110) detects a behavior of a driver. An overconfidence determination part (52:S120-S160) determines a deviation degree of the driver behavior based on the behavior model, for every time when the determination point is detected, from a detection result of an environment event detection part and a selection result of a control mode selection part, and when the deviation degree is larger than a preset threshold, determines that a driver is overconfident in the drive support system.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
