PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use data in a flash memory properly even when power source disconnection occurs during update of the data in the flash memory.SOLUTION: An order of 6 or more storage areas of a flash memory in a ring-state is recognized, and based on a restoration request, data of the storage area which is determined stores deleted data and the latest data is deleted, and the latest data in two or more storage areas which are determined as having data, are selected as effective data, and based on an update request, when a number of the storage areas which have been deleted is 2 or less, after deleting the oldest data, data is written.
