The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layer has an air permeability of 300 cm3/cm2/sec or more. The ultrafine fiber-mixed layer includes a mixture of ultrafine fibers having an average fiber diameter of 0.1-10 μm and heat-fusible fibers having an average fiber diameter of 10-100 μm and is formed of a layer where the heat-fusible fibers are fused.
