How to configure the field devices on the network

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of a configuration of field apparatuses in a digital communication network.;SOLUTION: Field apparatuses 18 on a communication network 10 can be constructed by using a component apparatus 20 for storing respective component data of the field apparatuses 18 in a network configuration domain in a nonvolatile memory. Each field apparatus 18 includes a component domain related to component data to be stored in a nonvolatile memory of the field apparatus 18. The field apparatus uploads the component data to the component apparatus 20 and downloads the component data from the component apparatus 20 in response to a command from the component apparatus 20. The field apparatus 18 receives the component data from the component apparatus 20 to regulate the configuration of the field apparatuses 18, and stores the received component data in a nonvolatile memory.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
