PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of culturing potatoes inexpensively in bare ground in dryland with less amount of water than the conventional method.;SOLUTION: A bare ground water culture method for potatoes employing a standstill liquid method as a cultivation method comprises holding, in a sealed state, a tank of a nourishing solution/cultivation tub which is made by digging a hole in the ground and covering the hole with a moisture shielding sheet, fattening a seed potato in a pot, and elongating roots within the nourishing solution tank/cultivation tub to culture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
