PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of a cloud to set a firewall.SOLUTION: In response to a management request for a firewall device transmitted from a first manager terminal to a portal site server, rule information of the firewall device is acquired from the firewall device and returned to the first manager terminal. In response to a rule setting request for the firewall device transmitted from the first manager terminal to the portal site server, the rule information of the firewall device is locked and setting of the rule information of the firewall device by a second manager terminal, other than the first manager terminal, is prohibited. In response to a rule setting reflection request for the firewall device transmitted from the first manager terminal to the portal site server, rule information of the rule setting reflection request is reflected on the firewall device and the lock of the rule information is cancelled to permit the setting of the rule information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
