PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a possibility of establishing a reservation that may be cancelled when the number of reservations is less than a minimum number of participants on an arrival of a prescribed time limit.;SOLUTION: A reservation management server 1 can communicate with a user terminal device 2 capable of making a golf reservation, and a reservation reception section receives reservation information representing a content of the reservation. An acquisition section, upon the arrival of a prescribed time limit that is set to specific reservation information, acquires reservation information that is less than the minimum number of participants, and a retrieval section retrieves reservation information less than the preset upper limit number in the reservation information. As a retrieval result, when it reveals that there is no reservation information less than the preset upper limit number, a reservation change section performs processing of cancelling the specific reservation information.
