PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priority determination device, in-vehicle information terminal equipment, server device and in-vehicle information system capable of determining priority such that a newly introduced application can operate with an existing application without damaging the function of the newly introduced application.SOLUTION: A priority determination device 1 determines the priority of an undetermined application whose priority has not been determined by a priority determination part 12. The priority determination part 12 determines the priority of the undetermined application on the basis of the priority of a native application stored in a native application priority DB 14 and the priority of a 3rd application stored in a 3rd application priority DB 16. Also, the priority determination part 12 allows a 3rd application monitoring part 17 to monitor an operation state when the undetermined application is executed by the 3rd application execution part 18, and determines the priority of the undetermined application on the basis of the result.
