PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside face repair structure of a deformed flexible pipe which can repair the deformed flexible pipe from the inside face of a pipe conduit, can absorb deformation such as large sinking and elongation after repair, and can secure high water shut-off pressure, and to provide its repair method.SOLUTION: An irregular inner cylinder tube 11 following a deformed state is annularly assembled at the inside of a flexible pipe 2 while positioning it by a cushion material 12, water shut-off rubber 14 is attached between one end of the internal cylinder pipe and a divided flange 13 which is annularly assembled at an interval, thus securing flexibility. Furthermore, by arranging the divided fixed flange 13 at the other end of the irregular internal cylinder pipe 11 and fixing it by a pipe flank 2a of the flexible pipe 2, the flexible pipe which is repaired by a new irregular internal cylinder pipe 11 and the water shut-off rubber 14 is arranged at the inside face of the deformed flexible pipe 2, and in this state, installation work can be executed in a short period of time, and a repair structure which is large in deformation absorption amount and high in water shut-off pressure can be obtained.
