PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal cutting processing apparatus which can perform composite processing with respect to a workpiece in which highly accurate products coexist with generally accurate products and from which a plurality of products can be obtained.SOLUTION: A thermal cutting processing apparatus includes: a head (6) performing thermal cutting processing to a workpiece (W1); an imaging part (7) imaging a predetermining area of the workpiece (W1); and a control part (SG) controlling thermal cutting processing operation. In the workpiece (W1), a plurality of products (S) are laid out and holes (H) are formed, corresponding to the respective products (S). For processing of one product (S11a), the control part (SG) images an image (GZ) including a hole (H11a) corresponding to the one product (S11a) with the imaging part (7); determines presence or absence of a predetermined mark (16) corresponding to the hole (H11a) in the image (GZ); in the case of the presence, corrects the original position of the thermal cutting processing based on the image (GZ) to seek the origin (HGA) of the thermal cutting processing corresponding to the product (S11a); and controls such that the thermal cutting processing of the product (S11a) is performed as the basis of the origin.
