PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal amplifier for Raman spectroscopic analysis excellent in an enhancing effect of Raman scattered light, a Raman spectroscopic analyzer, and a Raman spectroscopic analytical method.;SOLUTION: A signal amplifier 1 for Raman spectroscopic analysis includes: a substrate having a nano periodical structure generating surface plasmon resonance in which a plurality of recesses or a plurality of projections is arranged in a grid pattern at a predetermined grid interval; and a metal coating formed on a surface of the nano periodical structure. The grid interval in the nano periodical structure is determined by preliminarily obtaining a relationship between absorption peak wavelengths of a plurality of substrates having different nano periodical structures and grid intervals and then based on the obtained relationship, selecting a grid interval corresponding to an absorption peak wavelength equal to the wavelength of light used for the Raman spectroscopic analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
