PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of calculating a tax base.;SOLUTION: A tax base calculation device includes: a storage section which stores tax information to be used for calculating a tax base, in association with a lot number of a land; a receiving section which receives transfer information indicating that registry of the land has been transferred; a tax information management section which modifies the tax information, which corresponds to the lot number of the land with the registry transfer and corresponds to at least one of multiple pieces of registry transfer information included in the transfer information, on the basis of the content of the registry transfer information; and a calculation section which calculates a tax base on the basis of the tax information modified by the tax information management section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
