PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visit generation analysis device and visit generation analysis program capable of confirming whether or not generation of a maintenance visit depends on an amount of inner information or a statistic.SOLUTION: A visit generation analysis device comprises: a visit record acquisition unit for acquiring a visit record which indicates a visit cause in the case of performing visit maintenance on a maintenance target device in response to a request by a user; a cause information acquisition unit for acquiring inner information previously mapped to the visit cause of inner information indicating an inner state of the maintenance target device detected in the maintenance target device; an approximation determination unit for determining whether or not a shape of distribution of the number of visits, obtained by mapping a variable value that is at least either of an amount indicated by the inner information corresponding to the visit cause and a statistic of the inner information to the number of visits generated by the visit cause, and a shape of preliminarily prepared reference distribution are similar, by comparing the shapes; and an output unit for outputting a determination result by the approximation determination unit.
