PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform medium/long-term load prediction in the system operation of an air conditioning system or the like.SOLUTION: This load predicting device includes: a time series database for storing, as time series data, loads of measured objects measured in predetermined cycles; a trend eliminating section for acquiring first and second data series of first and second periods (the first period the second period) up to the present time out of the time series data of the loads, and generating third and fourth data series obtained by eliminating the trend of the first data series from the first and second data series, respectively; a series extracting section for extracting a fifth data series similar to the fourth data series, and a sixth data series following the fifth data series, out of the third data series; and a predicted value output section for connecting the sixth data series next to the first data series to generate a seventh data series to which the trend is added, and outputting the predicted value of the load as the time series data based on the seventh data series.
