PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that deflection is easily generated, the amount of a culture medium in each place becomes uneven and the quality of a regenerated tissue is unstable in a large-sized culture vessel.;SOLUTION: There is provided a culture vessel 10 having walls 18, 20, 22 by which a culture insert can be arranged to a culture area in a row. There is also provided an automatic culture device in which the culture vessel can be arranged and which can simultaneously process a plurality of culture inserts 11. Consequently, the deflection of the large-sized culture vessel 10 can be minimized, uniformization of the amount of supplied culture medium is achieved by a robot during cell sowing and culture medium exchange, and the stabilization of the quality of a biological tissue produced by automatic culture can be achieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
