PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotationally drive a mixer drum surely at a maximum speed when an operator operates an operation part.;SOLUTION: A mixer drum driving device 100 for rotationally driving a mixer drum 2 includes a rotary switch 21 that can be operated by a user between a neutral position and the maximum position, a potentiometer 22 for detecting an operation amount of the rotary switch 21 and outputting voltage signals, and an ECU 10 for controlling a rotation speed of the mixer drum 2 so as to be proportional to the operation amount of the rotary switch 21 on the basis of the voltage signals outputted from the potentiometer 22. The ECU 10 updates a voltage value corresponding to the neutral position, which is stored beforehand, by the voltage signal of the potentiometer 22 at the time when the rotary switch 21 is at the neutral position, and computes and stores a proportionality constant so that the mixer drum 2 is stopped when the rotary switch 21 is at the neutral position and the mixer drum 2 is rotated at the maximum speed when it is at the maximum position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
