PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-runaway artificial intelligence device for executing processing of analyzing and recording information and the structure of the information by the instruction and learning of a human being, and constructing an inter-information relation as a knowledge system by an inter-pattern connection relation and inter-pattern processing.SOLUTION: A relation between input information and recorded relevant information is analyzed, and the information is arranged in a sentence structure and recorded, and the information determined to be valid is autonomously recorded and constructed as a knowledge system, and the input information is collated with an internally constructed knowledge system and evaluated, and processing corresponding to an evaluation result (recording information, updating/improving the knowledge system, executing instruction content and answering questions) is autonomously executed.
