PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a cereal flour-containing food, capable of preparing a baked cereal flour-containing food by baking unbaked cereal flour-containing dough simply and in a short time by using a microwave oven, and a cereal flour-containing dough in a microwave heat-generating container.;SOLUTION: This method for preparing the cereal flour-containing food is provided by comprising a dough preparation process A for preparing the cereal flour-containing dough by kneading dough raw materials, a filling process B for filling the cereal flour-containing dough into the microwave heat-generating container capable of surrounding the cereal flour-containing dough by a heat-generating part, a fermenting process C in the container for fermenting the cereal flour-containing dough at the inside of the microwave heat-generating container and a microwave-heating process F for baking the unbaked cereal flour-containing dough by irradiating the microwave.
