An object of the present invention is to present candidate words the meanings of which are the same but vary in a plurality of communities and specify the words as synonyms. An expert evaluation data management system, which receives and manages the contribution of mutual expert evaluation data in a plurality of expert communities in a predetermined field of expertise, comprises: means which stores the evaluation data in association with data specifying the community to which the contributor belongs; means extracting a word included in the contribution in association with one community and a word included in the contribution in association with another community, comparing the meanings of the words, and specifying the combination of words including a common part above a certain standard as candidate synonyms; and means storing the combination of the designated plurality of words as synonyms associated with data specifying each community, in response to reception of designation data from an administrator terminal, employing the combination of the plurality of words as synonyms.
