PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately discriminate participants who actually perform auction transactions regarding a technology for managing bid information on auctions.;SOLUTION: A log collection part 217-3 in a purchase store terminal 217 collects identification information on an auction, and bid information including bid prices, participants, and modes showing discrimination of bid-up and sellout for every bid of the auction as a log of the auction for every auction. A terminal control part 217-1 (auction participation rate calculation part) in the purchase store terminal 217 calculates a rate of bids with different price zones of the participant in the auction as an auction participation rate for every mode for every auction and every participant who participates in the auction on the basis of the logs of the auction, and outputs its calculation result as totalization bid data 200-3. An auction machine control part 200-1 in an auction machine server device 200 totalizes the respective auction participation rates for every mode for every predetermined holding unit and every participant on the basis of the totalization bid data 200-3, and outputs its totalization result to an auction business server as auction result data.
