PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite for a carbon dioxide separation which can prevent coating failure due to entry of bubbles when a carbon dioxide separation layer is coated and formed on a porous supporting body, and includes the carbon dioxide separation layer which is excellent in separative power of a carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: The method for producing a carbon dioxide separation complex comprises: a non-porous layer formation step in which a non-porous layer including a free volume hole between 0.2 nm and 10 nm is formed on a porous support including pores of average pore diameter of 1 m or less; and a separation layer formation step in which a carbon dioxide separation layer containing a hydrophilic polymer, a carbon dioxide carrier, and polysaccharides or a gelatin is formed on the non-porous layer.
