PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational instrument for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) that is used to enable a patient subjected to cephalic presentation treatment to easily understand the details of the cephalic presentation treatment prior to the treatment, and enables physiotherapists or young doctors to easily image the positional relation between a posterior semicircular canal and a utricle at each cephalic presentation and the position of a floating otolith.;SOLUTION: An educational instrument for treatment of BPPV is an actual model of a head having built-in a model of three semicircular canals model with movable otolith. In the instrument, a 2-20 times enlarged model of the human three semicircular canals model and the actual model of a head are a 1.0-1.7 times enlarged model of a human head. The instrument has a structure in which a liquid and a plurality of otolithic models having a specific gravity larger than the liquid are enclosed inside a hollow annular member made of a transparent resin and provided with an otolith engaging portion at a position corresponding to that of the cupula of the three semicircular canals.
