An intelligent system of recognition and mapping of the elements of road safety, irregularities in the pavement, obstacles, paths and flower beds in the tracks of the field of public roads.This patent comprises a system for application in the field of road safety, composed of hardware, firmware and software capable of recognizing and automatically manage elements of road safety and obstacles existing in tracks of the field of public roads.By means of the algorithms of artificial vision recognition and automatic adjustments of images themselves, the system identifies elements of road safety; irregularities in the pavement of roads, sidewalks, flower beds and obstacles, it automatically, without human intervention.
