Process for increasing the yield of integers and to accelerate the aging of rice newly collected through treatment by microwave.New process of technical treatment by microwave to produce physical and chemical changes in the components of the newly harvested rice grains can increase their resistance to breakage and produce aging effect with the main objective of increasing the income of the whole rice. And improve the quality of cooking rice newly collected.This process is executed in a short time and with relatively low power consumption, comprising the following steps: a) the essential harvest of the rice humid; b) pre cleaning; (c) heat treatment by microwave; d) cooling fast; rest; F) drying; and (g) processing.
