The invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry and medicine. The problem of the invention consists in producing an effective pharmaceutical composition having neuroprotector, antiamnesic, antioxidant, antihypoxic and antiischaemic activity. The problem is solved in that the pharmaceutical composition for injections comprises 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate, and differs from the prototype by that it additionally comprises the following mineral substances: potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese. Moreover, in the pharmaceutical composition, some of theC carbon isotopes are substituted byC carbon isotopes. The technical results of the invention consist in increasing the rate at which a therapeutic effect is achieved, increasing the therapeutic effect without increasing the concentration of the preparation 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate, and increasing the stability over the shelf life.
