The invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry and medicine. The problem of the invention consists in producing n effective pharmaceutical composition having neuroprotector, antiamnesic, antioxidant, antihypoxic and antiischaemic activity. The problem is solved in that the pharmaceutical composition for injections comprises 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate, and differs from the prototype by that it additionally comprises the following mineral substances: potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc. Moreover, in the pharmaceutical composition, some of theC carbon isotopes are substituted byC carbon isotopes. The technical results of the invention consist in increasing the rate at which a therapeutic effect is achieved, increasing the therapeutic effect without increasing the concentration of the preparation 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate, and increasing the stability over the shelf life.
