NOTIFICATION METHOD FOR CASES WHERE ESTABLISHING CALL IS IMPOSSIBLE, AND SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING SUCH METHOD IN CELLULAR COMMUNICATION NETWORKS

The invention is related to methods and systems for providing services to communication network subscribers, in particular, to notification of calling subscribers in cases where it is impossible to establish telephone connection to the called subscriber. In the notification method according to the invention, in case of impossibility to establish the call, a signal message re-addressed from the cellular communication network received over ISUP or SIP protocol, the code of the cause of re-addressing, and telephone numbers of the called and calling subscribers are used; immediately upon receiving the signal message, a signal for release of the telephone connection is formed and sent to the cellular communication network, a notifying message formation algorithm is selected, at least one notifying message is formed with or without participation of the user, and at least one notifying message is transmitted in the form of SMS message, or USSD message, or MMS message, or HTTP protocol packet, or e-mail message. The invented system for notification in case of impossibility to establish a call in cellular communication networks comprises the following components interacting with each other: a central business logic unit that selects a formation algorithm and forms at least one notifying message according to the selected algorithm with or without participation of the user; an accounts control unit that allows saving in the account the user's instructions for formation of a notifying message without participation of the user; an interface unit including a controller interacting with C7 signal network; and a request processing unit that interacts with cellular communication networks and the central business logic unit and is designed so that it receives a signal message and, immediately upon receipt of the signal message, shapes and sends to the cellular communication network a signal for release of the telephone connection. The technical result of the method and system according to the invention is a higher efficiency of utilisation of voice channels and a lower load on signal and voice channels.
