The invention relates to veterinary immunology, namely to a method for enhancing immune response in vaccination of animals against such infections as anthrax and blackleg. The invention is aimed at solving the problem of creating a method for increasing immunogenicity of vaccines against anthrax and blackleg due to simultaneous reduction of immunising dose and reactogenicity of vaccines. The method is realised in the following way. Healthy animals (guinea pigs) are immunised with either anti-anthrax vaccine based on anthrax avirulent strain Bacillus anthracis 55 SSNINRRIVV&M or anti-blackleg vaccine based on inactivated culture of virulent strain of blackleg, with each of vaccines being diluted with isotonic solution of sodium chloride with concentration 0.85-0.95% in ratio not higher than 1:9 and injected subcutaneously in dose 0.4-0.6 ml per unit. Immunomodulator is injected to animals subcutaneously 30-40 min after immunisation. As immunomodulator used is preparation in form of mixture of aqueous formaldehyde solution of 36.5-40.0% concentration and isotonic sodium chloride solution of 0.85-0.95% concentration with ratio of constituent parts of solutions equal 2-6:994-998.
