The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. A composition comprises n-tetradecyltri-n-butylphosphonium bromide and pentaerythritol tetranitrate (medicinal preparation "Erinit") as active components at the weight ratio of 1:2 and glucose as an excipient. The composition is not toxic, has high therapeutic efficacy in low therapeutic doses and can be recommended as a coccidiostatic preparation.
