Novelty: a health card for short-stay foreigners in European and third-world countries is disclosed. Technical features: the invented health card is individualized with the use of a single personal identification number (2), of a personified bi-dimensional barcode (QR CODE), of one uni-dimensional barcode (4), of one programmable surface of printed circuit board (surface mount board) and of a specific company wireless communication protocol via a smartphone application; said card can be actuated for a precise time period (from one to 12 months) responding to the card΄s owner needs. Purpose: to allow by selection the access to developed healthcare networks and medical services of contract practitioners, medical centers, care homes for elderly, rehabilitation centers and residential-care medical or nursing services. Advantage: prompt and secure issue of said health card on a non-discriminatory basis, independently from the personal medical history, and the socioeconomic status of the owner΄s family.
