The present invention provides a novel system and method to integrate the advanced technology now embedded in various portable devices to build an easy to operate and inexpensive system of monitoring patients �in remote �locations. This disclosed system helps in real time monitoring of patients arid provide expert healthcare in remote areas where it is not readily available using cloud computing and network communications which makes the system easy to deploy, operate and maintain.
