The present invention provides a centralized credit exchange for transferring credit line between two individuals through a central server. The system includes a central server in communication with local financial institution server, foreign financial institution server, and at least one third-party server such as KYC server to facilitate the extension of credit line from one country to another, maintain credit line data, approve credit line, and manage logs of the users associated with the central server.
