ABSTRACT Process for synthesis of Tb doped ZnO nanoparticles for total control over the UV to green luminescence intensity ratio and the tunability of UV luminescence A process for preparing Tb doped ZnO nanoparticles wherein the molar ratio of Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O and Tb (CH3COO)3.xH2O is adapted to control the UV to green luminescence intensity ratio and the tunability of UV luminescence energy of the finally obtained Tb doped ZnO nanoparticles.
