A method for producing an edible organic product, which product comprises organic carrier parts provided with at least one organic coating, comprises the following steps: - greasing inner walls and mixing elements of a mixing unit with a greasing material, which inner walls bound a space in the mixing unit, wherein the mixing elements are located inside the space; - inserting dry solid organic carrier parts into the space of the mixing unit; - mixing the dry organic carrier parts with the mixing elements to form a fluidized bed of the dry organic carrier parts in the space; - heating the dry solid organic carrier parts in the mixing unit to a temperature between 65 degrees Celsius and 95 degrees Celcius; - inserting a liquid organic coating material into the space of the mixing unit; - mixing the solid organic carrier parts and the liquid organic coating material with the mixing elements, whereby the dry solid organic carrier parts are being coated with the liquid organic coating material; - drying the solid organic carrier parts coated with the liquid organic coating material at a temperature between 35 and 80 degrees Celsius, preferably between 35 and 65 degrees Celsius to a humidity grade of less than 30%, preferably less than 10%, more preferably less than 8%.
