METHOD FOR THE ESTIMATION OF CONTENT OF CYTOKINES AND REPRODUCTIVE HORMONE RECEPTORS IN ENDOMETRIUM OF WOMEN WITH RECURRENT MISCARRIAGE ASSOCIATED WITH OVERWEIGHT AND METABOLIC SYNDROME

A method for the estimation of content of cytokines and reproductive hormone receptors in endometrium of women with recurrent miscarriage associated with overweight and metabolic syndrome by blood examination is characterized in that after metabolic syndrome diagnosing in blood serum determined is the concentration of anti-inflammatory interleukins IL-1( and IL-6 as well as inducers of humoral and/or cellular components of immune system IL-4 and INF-(, the results obtained are compared with control, and if indices are changed the content of cytokines and reproductive hormone receptors is estimated in endometrium of women with recurrent miscarriage associated with overweight and metabolic syndrome.
