PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke multi-gas detector alarm and transmitter device.;SOLUTION: A smoke multi-gas detector alarm and transmitter device 110 includes: a fire-proof black box 112 mountable to a ceiling in a room; a carbon monoxide sensor 114; a smoke sensor 116; and a combustible gas sensor 117, each of the sensors being provided in the fire-proof black box 112. An audible alarm module 118 is provided in the fire-proof black box and activated by one of the sensors. A processor/memory unit 120 is provided in the anti-resistant black box and activated by one of the sensors. A transmitter 122 is provided in the fire-proof black box and activated by the processor/memory unit to send an alert signal (SMS or voice message) to a person at a remote computer 124 or a person at a cell phone 126.
