System sectioning hotcakes crude. # The system is based on a metal rod (3) which is located under the dispensing outlet of the mass of hotcakes, so that said rod sympathizes to a vertical bar (4) with a section (4 ') provided with a torsion spring (5), located inside a tube or sleeve (6) so that said rod emerges to superiorly outside to be capped on a hand lever (9), with a limiting stop (10) of rotation of the lever and thus the rotation of the rod (3), forming an assembly with a support (11) for fixing to the side surface of the dispenser (1).
