An isolated double chain ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) comprising a single chain composed of poly (ribocytidyl acid 4-29 uridyl) and an opposite chain composed of poly (riboinosinic acid) such that the two chains do not form a duplex in the position of the uracil base, so that said chains are partially hybridized, characterized in that: the dsRNA has a molecular weight of about 250 kDa to about 320 kDa and is resistant to denaturation under conditions that are capable of separating the poly (acid chains) riboinosinic) and hybridized poly (ribocitidyl acid).
