Disclosed is a fusion polypeptide comprising a) a peptide of 3 to 30 aminoacids, which allows selective binding of the fusion polypeptide to tumorvessel endothelial cells, and b) the tissue factor TF or a fragment thereof,the tissue factor and the fragment being characterized by being able toactivate coagulation when the fusion polypeptide binds to tumor vesselendothelial cells. Peptides a) and b) are coupled to each other directly orvia a linker comprising up to 15 amino acids while the peptide which allowsselective binding of the fusion polypeptide to tumor vessel endothelial cellsis coupled to the C terminal of the peptide that is able to activatecoagulation when the fusion polypeptide binds to tumor vessel endothelialcells.
